Metro
An animated short depicting of loneliness in the big city, inspired by the works of Edward Hopper
It exposes the invisible barrier between the individual city dweller and the masses that surround by juxtaposing an abtract representation of the protagonist and the noise-masked figures that walk the streets around it, there yet so loud and unreachable.
Metro is a short animation inspired by the paintings of Edward Hopper and video techniques such as rotoscoping and motion capture.
